Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available. Coordinate office activities and events to ensure smooth execution.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and employees, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events. Assist in organizing logistics and materials for meetings and projects.

Support for Projects: Provide administrative support for various projects as needed, collaborating with team members to facilitate workflow and ensure timely completion. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
