We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Cyberbacker Careers.



The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including transcription, preparing paperwork, scheduling consultation with clients, preparing and emailing weekly reports, updating virtual files, building ongoing task lists, and overseeing administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities


  • Transcription: Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings in a timely manner
  • Paperwork Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork, including client files and records
  • Scheduling and Consultation: Schedule consultation with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and email weekly reports to stakeholders, including key performance indicators and progress updates
  • File Management: Update and maintain virtual files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Task Management: Build and maintain ongoing task lists, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operation
  • Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
