Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Support Engineer. This role will involve providing remote and phone-based support to customers in the Asia-Pacific region for one of our US-based partner MSPs.

The successful candidate will work closely with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments, collaborate on complex IT issues and provide level 1-3 technical support across multiple technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide level 1-3 technical support across multiple technologies including Microsoft AD, Exchange, Terminal Services, VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Collaborate with highly experienced solutions experts to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Documentation and Logging: Document and log all actions into ticketing systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of extensive experience as a Senior Support Engineer in a Managed services or outsourcing environment.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Office 365 and SAN/Storage technologies.
  • Skills: Excellent problem diagnosis technique, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Calm under pressure and comfortable working night/afternoon shifts.
