We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing product setup and configuration guidance, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers with a focus on prompt resolution and excellent communication skills.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for easy reference and process improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and system updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet performance targets related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish languages.
- Demonstrate strong operating system, browser, and common software knowledge.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
