Job Opportunity

A dynamic sales organization is seeking a results-driven individual to fill the role of Tech Specialist. This position plays a pivotal part in the success of our accounts and sales representatives by providing technical support, overseeing the tech stack, and collaborating closely with the Director of Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and setup of new accounts and sales representatives.
  • Guarantee that all new sales representatives are properly set up from a technical standpoint before going live to take initial calls.
  • Implement and configure new technologies, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with the marketing team to optimize lead flow initiatives.
  • Design and manage technical integrations using Zapier in platforms like Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, OnceHub, etc.
  • Develop automations and workflows within the CRM under instruction and oversight.
  • Create customized reports and dashboards in the CRMs.
  • Complete the entire CRM configuration SOP for new accounts with precision.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with CRM configuration and workflow development.
  • Familiarity with Zapier and its applications.
