About the Role

This role involves overseeing and facilitating various visual tasks across stores, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, suppliers, and store teams.

  • Coordinate store requests concerning the visuals department, facilitate shipment requirements, and ensure timely delivery and installation of visual materials.
  • Collaborate with suppliers regarding deliveries and timetables.
  • Compile store photo reports for new campaigns and coordinate permits for store installations and setups.
  • Assist with SPD Department tasks and perform other duties/functions as assigned by the Company.
Key Qualifications

We're looking for an individual with:

  • Previous experience in a visual merchandising or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with various departments and external suppliers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
