
Technical Sales Consultant

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within assigned accounts, as well as prospect for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and work collaboratively to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to customers. This includes explaining complex technical concepts, troubleshooting product issues, and recommending solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends. Utilize this knowledge to make informed decisions and provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. Work together to achieve shared goals, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or a similar role in sales is required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
- Additional Requirements: Must have sales experience in Semicon, Electronics, Automotive, and other industries. Technical expertise in Liquid dispensing and Manufacturing Equipment is an advantage.
