Job Description

The Global Business Solutions Architect will play a key role in shaping how our company approaches solution design across the APJ region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with potential clients on implementing solutions, providing strategic business and technical guidance.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our company's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or software architecture.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
