Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Engineer to provide technical support across the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will offer valuable insights and design solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging your cybersecurity knowledge to help them navigate challenges and maximize their Sophos portfolio.
  • Lead the technical sales process from opportunity qualification through to closure, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Support campaigns aimed at driving product adoption and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities within both existing and new customers.

 

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity, with proven leadership skills.
  • Adeptness in MDR, EDR/XDR, and SIEM/SOAR solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of network and endpoint security, including:
  • Endpoint Protection, Firewall, Email Security, Wireless, and Mobile Security.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and network security (L2–L7).
