Senior Technical Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of our Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
This is a remote position with no relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
- Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
- Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
- Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
- Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
- Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
- Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
- Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is a plus.
