Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients, ensuring that their systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients' systems and applications to provide expert-level support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to our clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement process improvements and optimize system efficiency.
  • Document all interactions with clients, including resolutions, follow-ups, and escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Teams.
  • Experience with SimPro, FieldView, Smartsheet, or similar project/job-based systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
