Role Overview

The Performance Management Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's performance is effectively measured and improved through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and collaborative efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Performance Measurement
    • KPI Selection: Assist in identifying and adopting performance metrics that align with business objectives, leveraging expertise to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
    • KPI Documentation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to document performance metrics, including definition, targets, data sources, and reporting frequency, promoting transparency and accountability.
    • Data Gathering: Facilitate regular data gathering needed for reporting performance, utilizing technical skills to extract valuable insights.
    • Data Visualization: Set up, maintain, and improve performance dashboards for reporting, presenting complex data in an intuitive and actionable manner.
  • Performance Improvement
    • Reporting: Deliver periodic performance reports, executive summaries, management dashboards, etc., providing clear and concise recommendations for improvement.
    • Enablement
      • Metrics Calibration: Facilitate review of previous performance to adjust metric definitions, targets, formulas, and data sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
      • Training Facilitation: Assist in activities to enhance the organization's Performance Management capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    Essential Qualifications
    • Work Experience: At least 3-6 years of working experience in Information Technology, with a strong foundation in IT governance, data management, and process development.
    • Knowledge of General IT, Service Management, Project Delivery, IT Security, and Risk concepts, as well as proficiency in data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Tableau) and advanced spreadsheet use.
    • Proven facilitation skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with a focus on data analysis, project management, and organizational development.
