
Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialists to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries.
This role involves responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures is crucial for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with industry developments
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- A strong command of the English language
- TYPING SPEED OF 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
What We Offer
This role operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
