Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing hands-on technical support and guidance to customers.

  • This includes troubleshooting, explaining product features, and providing best practice guidance.
  • The successful candidate will operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

About the Role:

In this technical support specialist role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • You will install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems as needed.
  • You will troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • You will test computer components to ensure system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Installing software and programs on computers and/or phones.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Testing compatibility of new programs with existing ones.
  • Gathering data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of technical support experience is preferred.
  • You should have intermediate-level knowledge of how web-based and mobile apps work.
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English is required.
  • You should have strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament in challenging situations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Real Estate terms and processes is beneficial.
  • You should be able to handle escalations and take initiative in identifying areas of opportunity.
  • You should be able to acquire valuable customer insights and share them with the team to improve education and experience.
