Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our operations during business hours.
This is a long-term career opportunity, requiring 18–24 months of structured learning before mastery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to end users, resolving or escalating technical issues related to software, systems, and applications.
- Troubleshoot complex problems, document incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on progress.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services through structured training and on-the-job learning.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and user experience.
- Prepare and maintain helpdesk documentation and user guides as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ambition to grow into advanced roles within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work UK or US operational hours, depending on business needs.
