Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Support Specialist to assist our clients in a fractional capacity.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address technical issues and product inquiries.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work setting.

About the Role

This is a fractional position, meaning you will be working with us on a part-time basis. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their technical issues, and demonstrating products to showcase their features and functionality.

In this role, you will be utilizing your strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way. You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
