The successful candidate will oversee internal and external operations, utilizing strategic thinking to optimize processes, coordinate teams, and foster a collaborative culture.
The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows. Identifying and implementing process improvements is key, as well as developing and enforcing operational policies.
A critical aspect of the job is team coordination, aligning engineering, marketing, and product teams on goals. Serving as liaison with external stakeholders and organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions are essential responsibilities.
Additionally, the Executive/Operations Admin will lead high-priority projects, meeting deadlines. Using tools like Asana or Trello for tracking and reporting project outcomes to leadership are crucial tasks.
Financial and resource management skills are also necessary, including assisting with budgeting and resource planning. Managing vendor relations and contracts, overseeing expenses within budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring and mitigating operational risks are key duties.
Finally, contributing to operational strategy development, supporting scaling efforts and resource planning, and refining processes for growth and innovation are vital aspects of the role.
