Operations Coordinator and Quality Assurance Specialist

As a vital member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in bridging operational efficiency with continuous quality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, operations management or related field.

  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of service performance based on QA standards to ensure seamless execution of tasks across departments.
  • Develop and maintain QA scorecards, tracking tools, and performance dashboards to monitor progress on key deliverables and escalate delays or bottlenecks to leadership.

Requirements
