Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot expert and growth marketer to spearhead our sales and marketing engine. This role combines deep technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills, driving business growth through scalable processes, data-driven insights, and impactful campaigns.

The ideal candidate will design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that attract and convert SMB executives, leveraging their expertise in HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Administration & Optimization
    • Develop and implement best practices for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub administration and optimization.
    • Design and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation processes to ensure seamless data integration and segmentation.
    • Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
    • Develop and execute automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages that drive conversions and pipeline acceleration.
    • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align sales and marketing goals.
    • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, forms, and workflows to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Revenue & Growth Marketing
    • Develop and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns that drive pipeline acceleration and conversion rates.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Strong marketing background with a focus on B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.
  • Exceptional communication and partnership skills with the ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.
