SALARY RANGE:

Mid-Level Web3/Gaming Marketer ₱70,000 – ₱100, Strong marketing skills, limited leadership or global campaign scope

Senior Marketing Specialist ₱100,000 – ₱150, With strong crypto/gaming campaign experience and influencer/KOL management

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with proven experience in both Web3 and gaming industries to join the RealGo project. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, community engagement, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate has strong Web3 marketing expertise, a passion for gaming culture, and the ability to connect with global audiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

a Design and implement marketing campaigns to grow RealGo's global player base.

b.      Develop storytelling and positioning that highlight RealGo's unique value in Web3 gaming (AR + AI + LBS + Meme culture).

c Coordinate multi-channel strategies across X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and gaming forums.

Community & Brand Growth

a Build strong engagement campaigns for Web3 and gaming communities.

b.      Manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and meme creators worldwide.

c Drive community events, tournaments, and co-marketing activations with partners.

Content & Campaign Management

a Oversee creation of blogs, social media posts, trailers, and in-game marketing assets.

b.      Develop campaigns for token launch, NFT drops, and major in-game events.

c Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Data-Driven Growth

a Define KPIs for user acquisition, retention, and campaign ROI.

b.      Run growth experiments and optimize marketing funnels.

c Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Partnership & Ecosystem Marketing

a Collaborate with exchanges, launchpads, and guilds to amplify RealGo's brand presence.

b.      Work closely with BD to support partnership campaigns and sponsorship activations.

c Align with product team on user feedback and market positioning.

Qualifications

· years in marketing, with at least 2+ years in Web3 and/or gaming projects.

· Strong knowledge of crypto communities, token launches, NFT drops, and GameFi trends.

· Track record of running successful global campaigns in Web3 or gaming.

· Skilled in social media, community management, and influencer/KOL marketing.

· Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.

· Excellent English communication skills (other languages a plus).

· Creative, adaptable, and passionate about gaming + Web3 culture.
