We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships with key partners and affiliates. You will be a key player in shaping our company's future by identifying new opportunities and creating effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client accounts.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, partners, and key influencers to expand our reach and drive sales.
  • Design and implement attractive incentive structures and commission plans for affiliates and partners to motivate performance and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine our strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with product development and other internal teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and/or marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing affiliate or partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
