
Technical Support Team Manager

Job Description
This role is a leadership position responsible for managing and guiding a team of technical support representatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to users of our products, ensuring timely resolution of cases and maintaining a high level of quality in all interactions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a technical support environment, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing expert guidance to customers. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of technical support representatives, providing guidance and coaching as needed to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective processes to resolve cases in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in a technical support environment, with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
