About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned technical support leader to join our team. As a technical support team lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support representatives and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software.
