Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our technical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, coaching team members, and engaging with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of a growing technical support team.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve goals and stretch goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.
  • Work with Development personnel, other Customer Support Representatives, and Product Management to answer questions and resolve problems.
  • Provide reports to business stakeholders on team activity and capacity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing a customer or technical support team.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (any platform).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
