About the Role

We seek an experienced Business Development Representative for outbound revenue generation. You'll work directly with client teams, owning complete campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs.

The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear targets. Success looks like 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget. You'll be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • A quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
