Job Title: Franchise Development Representative

About the Role

This role focuses on engaging with prospective franchisees and qualifying their interest in our process. The successful candidate will provide support for administrative and client engagement tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when appropriate
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Supporting additional day-to-day activities as needed, including lead engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms, appointment scheduling and calendar management, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure alignment with franchise development goals
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Experience in franchise, sales development, or multi-client environments is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking on the phone with US-based leads
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote work environment
