Lead Generation Specialist Opportunity

As a skilled lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, gathering information, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities for the sales team. This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Lead Qualification:
    • Maintain a professional demeanor while making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services, engage interest, and assess potential leads.
    • Qualify prospects based on established criteria to determine if they are a good fit for our company's offerings.
  • Lead Database Management:
    • Research target markets to identify new potential customers using online sources, directories, and social media.
    • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • CRM and Data Entry:
    • Record lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
    • Regularly update the lead database and ensure data quality, including removing duplicates, correcting errors, and adding new data as required.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and strategize on outreach methods.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop scripts and campaigns tailored to various lead segments.
Requirements:
  • Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to research effectively and identify key decision-makers within companies.
Work Arrangements:
  • Remote work arrangement.
