We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our lead generation efforts. As an Outbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities- You will research and analyze market trends and buying behavior to inform your marketing strategies.
- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and events to engage target audiences.
- Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates and thought leadership pieces, to resonate with prospects.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
- Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team.
- Track and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on lead progress and performance versus targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
- Results-driven lead generation experience required, with comfort liaising with high-ranking executives.
- Account-based marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- CRM software experience, particularly Pipedrive, is a plus.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and presentation skills for B2B audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Client-oriented mindset and consultative approach to build productive relationships.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in Business English.
