Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers seamlessly.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team, ensuring lead quality is optimal.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for future improvement.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and actively participate in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and overall performance, driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Must have appointment-setting experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection, with a strong desire for achievement.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
