Appointment Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable appointment coordinator to join our team.


Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect Outreach: Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert leads into appointments.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally to book new appointments.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers with precision.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads for a smooth transition to the sales team using our CRM system.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in our CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed with minimal disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in appointment-setting is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
