Appointment Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Appointment Scheduler. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for establishing connections with potential customers and coordinating meetings between our sales team and contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiating outreach to potential customers through outbound calls
  • Coordinating consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Ensuring accurate inputting of information into our system
  • Representing the organization in the best possible manner during interactions with contacts
  • Verifying that all calls meet the standards and requirements of the organization
  • Delivering reports accurately and on time
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at improving processes
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions)
  • Strong internet connection
  • Designated quiet workspace
  • Amenable to working non-traditional shifts
