Appointment Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping us grow by reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to gauge their interest in our services
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team to discuss their needs
- Accurately inputting information into our system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company, adhering to our high expectations
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis, providing valuable insights into customer interactions
- Participating in process-improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our services and procedures
- At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Coordinator, or any similar role;
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Strong internet connection to facilitate seamless communication and data entry
- Designated professional and quiet workspace to maintain focus and productivity
- Amenable to working on a graveyard shift to accommodate diverse customer needs
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment
- Highly professional and results-driven individual who consistently delivers high-quality results
- Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes and exceed expectations
- Highly collaborative and open to feedback, embracing opportunities for growth and improvement
