Job Opportunity- The Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in the timely submission of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies.
The successful candidate will have experience in cold calling and appointment setting with an emphasis on B2B communication. They should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
Responsibilities- High call volume management requires discipline and resilience. Strong organizational skills are essential to ensure prompt completion of tasks and maintain accurate records.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
This position involves working closely with senior leadership to set up meetings and calendar invites while tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets. The successful candidate will need to refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team, handling rejection professionally and maintaining consistent follow-up.
Key Qualifications- Minimum one to three years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales is preferred. A background in B2B calling and appointment setting would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail is required to accurately record data and track progress. Tech-savviness is also highly valued as it enables the efficient use of software tools and digital platforms.
