Family Care Navigator

We're looking for passionate and empathetic team members to join us in delivering life-changing care to families in need. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while accelerating your career and growth.
- This is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you'll be working with real families with real human problems, empowering them to access care.
- You will collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process, maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
We're seeking individuals who have the following skills:
- Extensive experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare support roles.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when reviewing documents.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
