Family Empowerment Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time

We are seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team. This is not your typical sales or customer success position. You'll be working with real families with real human problems, and your role is to empower underserved families to take the most transformative step of their life to access care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Family Empowerment Function Manage family training pipeline, help families reach potential, and support best-in-class clinical training to care for others.
  • Uplift Families Guide families through healthcare and training maze and be biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Partner with Technology, Clinical, and Product Teams Be critical voice for collaboration to advance mission.
  • Build Thriving Community Coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in professional role.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn). Proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
