Site Operations Leader

This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to leverage their skills in construction management and team leadership.

We are looking for a seasoned Foreman with strong commitment to quality, safety, and execution excellence.

About the Role

You will be responsible for executing daily site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality. This includes coordinating labour, materials, and equipment to optimise workflow and minimise downtime.

  • Lead daily site operations, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness among site personnel.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure correct execution and alignment with design intent.
  • Monitor progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action to overcome site-level challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities

As a Site Operations Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Safely supervising site personnel, ensuring adherence to company protocols and procedures.
  2. Managing resource allocation, prioritising tasks, and meeting project deadlines.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
  4. Developing and maintaining accurate records of site progress and workforce deployment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar site-based supervisory position within the GCC.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide small teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
