About the JobAt Coefficient, we believe that providing top-notch support is vital to our core product experience. This role involves resolving user issues through various support modalities while communicating effectively with users and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, resourceful communicator who not only resolves user requests but also answers questions from valued users.
Responsibilities- Resolve a high volume of user requests through inbound and outbound email, chat, and messaging.
- Investigate and fulfill all tier 1 & 2 support requests while collaborating across teams.
- Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Diagnose problems and propose possible solutions for short- and long-term benefits.
- Complete thorough documentation on user requests to inform future process improvements.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills while being mindful of tone and pace.
- Minimum 4+ years of SaaS customer support experience.
- Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Customer empathy – a deep understanding of the user experience and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – effective listening and adaptability.
