Customer Service Representative Opportunity

- Accurately document all customer interactions, identifying trends and sharing feedback to improve processes and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with your team to stay updated on priorities and represent the organization with care, professionalism, and patience.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- At least one year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred).
- Bilingual customer support experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.
