Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our fast-food branch. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, ensuring efficient store performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for taking the lead during the Manager's absence and ensuring seamless operations at all times.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to operational systems and service standards.
  • Help oversee implementation of store procedures, including inventory, cash control, kitchen operations, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor daily performance and assist in reporting on key operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front- and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
  • Support in scheduling, onboarding, and training of new employees.
