Overview

Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations; ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Manage staff and coordinate the dining and bar teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining and bar facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Handle staff scheduling, daily time records, leave approvals, and any form submissions.
  • Assist in budgeting, disbursements, and cash handling when needed.
  • Lead huddles, report concerns, and support staff and operations.
  • Tasks assigned by the Executives.
Qualifications
  • A diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has good understanding of budgeting, financial reports, and cost management.
  • Has thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
