Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, data-driven decision making, and collaborative partnership.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in tools like Zapier, Replit, and other low/no-code platforms to drive operational improvements.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to propose solutions, drive initiatives, and maintain strong relationships.

The successful candidate will oversee executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings to ensure optimal time management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating executive-level reports, presentations, and memos to ensure clear and effective communication.

This role requires adaptability, analytical thinking, and a passion for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in an EA, operations, or similar role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach and confident in managing relationships internally and externally.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management and productivity platforms like Slack, Loom, Notion, and Asana. Experience with automation tools/LLMs is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify challenges, generate solutions, and deliver results.
