We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of the Member Experience team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service through multiple channels.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About Your RoleYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by promptly and courteously addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels. You will actively listen to customers' concerns and requirements, offering suitable solutions or guidance to efficiently resolve their issues and meet their needs.

- Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding our products, medicines, treatments, and services to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Document customer feedback and maintain records of customer information, issues, and resolutions using appropriate tools and systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
