We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company email inboxes for timely responses and follow-ups.
- Handle intake calls from patients, families, and referral sources professionally and empathetically.
- Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation support.
- Coordinate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and case managers.
- Communicate effectively with case managers, patients, and internal staff for seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system and Alora (EMR software).
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a healthcare-related role.
- Familiarity with insurance processes, referrals, and prior authorizations in healthcare.
- Proficiency with RingCentral, CRM platforms, and Alora (or similar EMR software).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.
