We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated Human Resource and Admin Staff member to join our team. This role combines HR responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring efficient operations within our HR department while effectively managing the recruitment process.

Job Description
  • Recruitment and Sourcing:

As an HR and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for BPO positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You will utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

You will maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and organizing employee documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.

  • Administrative Support:

You will coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including equipment allocation and setup. You will also perform general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, sorting mail, maintaining office cleanliness and liaising with Building Admin and office personnel for overall office upkeep.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
