Insurance Business Development Manager

To drive business growth and development by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and presenting our products to generate new business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
- Presenting MPII products and soliciting business
- Handling insurance proposals, evaluating risks, and developing client-specific programs
- Tracking and reporting sales activities and facilitating pipeline meetings
To ensure timely preparation and processing of policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims, while monitoring renewal performance and addressing client concerns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

To implement engagement plans, strengthen client relationships, gather feedback, and review client performance periodically.
This includes:
- Implementing engagement plans (sales visits, client meetings, entertainment) to strengthen client relationships

To monitor, follow up, and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts, attend collection meetings, and assist in account reconciliation.
Responsibilities include:

Requirements
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree course
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
