The Senior Department Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment across the department. Additionally, the role includes oversight of a small sales division, supporting sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The manager will play a key role in cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, and implementing best practices.

Administrative Functions:

· Oversee and manage all administrative processes, including budgeting, scheduling, reporting, compliance, coordination with administrative building and government agencies such as BFAD, DOLE, and Municipal LGU.

· Implement departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.

· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of internal and external reports.

· Supervise administrative staff and ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism.

· Liaise with HR, Finance, and other departments to align administrative operations with company goals.

Sales Division Oversight:

· Supervise a small team of sales staff, setting targets and monitoring performance.

· Support business development efforts and customer relationship management.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend improvements or adjustments in sales strategies.

· Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

· Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve skills and productivity.

Leadership & Strategy:

· Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the departmental level.

· Act as a liaison between upper management and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

· Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in a managerial role with a combination of administrative and sales responsibilities.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Strong knowledge of business operations, compliance, and sales processes.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in business software (e.g., MS Office, CRM, ERP systems).
