About This Role

As a senior management professional, you will oversee the delivery of client commitments. This involves coordinating staff functions and operations that support organizational goals and strategies.

Key responsibilities include providing formal supervision to employees, monitoring their training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing recruiting and hiring processes.

  • Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Interact with clients to understand business needs and coordinate resources required to service projects.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously while serving as a point of contact for systems and processes related to new and current projects.
  • Oversee sales and relationships with key customers, ensuring proper services and enhancements are being carried out.

Additional responsibilities include directing the project process by developing project plans, creating project teams, and managing timeframes and performance.

You will verify timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives, investigate various approaches to attain end results, and apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance.

Leadership skills are essential in setting, managing, and achieving targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results within a function.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset are also necessary.
