IT Management Position

About this role

This is a full-time office-based position where you will oversee the company's information technology infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Implement and oversee IT policies, procedures, and security measures to protect the organization's data and systems
  • Liaise with departmental heads to understand their IT requirements and provide solutions to address their needs
  • Manage and supervise the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Develop and execute IT strategies and projects to support the company's business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective IT service delivery
  • Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the company's IT capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management or senior IT role, preferably in the industry
  • Proven experience in managing and leading an IT team, including project management and resource allocation
  • Strong technical expertise in various IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and enterprise software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security best practices
