Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and issues via multiple communication channels to provide timely assistance.
  • Clarify the customer's needs, determine the cause, select and explain the best solution, then follow-up to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Participate in creating high-quality help documentation to support customers.
  • Evaluate and escalate technical issues to our internal support team.
  • Collaborate on special projects to drive business growth.
Required Skills
  • Fluency in English as primary language.
  • At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for software or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, and ability to adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
