Job Title

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact sales campaigns with globally recognized brands.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers, promoting products and services, and driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

Responsibilities
  • Present and promote products and services effectively
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
